Beginning her career in real estate in 1994 with property management, Sonja's experience includes a successful history of residential site management, accounting, legal proceedings, and regional marketing campaigns for up to 1,500 unit projects. Sonja has been employed with national companies in several markets to include California, Oklahoma, North Dakota and South Dakota.

The excitement and challenge of the real estate market beckoned and Sonja obtained her North Dakota Real Estate License in 2006.
